The Camping overlooking the Nine arch bridge with amazing trekking and hiking experiences with cultivating trees and collecting plastic and polyethene garbage will sum up to give a memorable experience that you can’t get from anywhere in Ella.
Important tips
- This is an adventure base camping experience that has the basic amenities for lodging.
- Please bring trekking shoes, comfortable clothing and swimming wear.
- Each client has to plant 3 trees in the selected locations.
- Each guest should collect all plastic and polyethene garbage during the trekking and give them to the camp manager or naturalist.
- Please don’t bring plastic bottles, polyethenebags and any other garbage materials to the campsite.
- The average rainfall at Knuckles range lies between 3000-5000ml while the temperature ranges between 5.5 degrees and 35 degrees Celsius. The Southwest Monsoon brings rain through a gap in the range of mountains. The average wind speed has been measured to be approximately 7.2km/hour and humidity in the range lies between 57%-90%.
